Problem: Continuous Restart During Boot
Description: My Acer e700 Liquid will not complete boot. It loads the acer start up animation and then hangs for +/- 30 seconds before restarting itself and loading the animation again. It continues this cycle until the battery dies (which I cannot remove from the phone). I have tried hard resetting it, wiping user data and cache and still nothing helps.
