Description: Phone will not start up after initial Samsung logo. Blank screen. Cannot activate. 90 percent charged. Shows recharging when plugged in. Recent Messages: photos stopped working wiz app home stopped. Please help me resolve problem, I really want to keep this phone and live in Sydney Australia.
