Smartphone: Samsung Z1
Problem: Liquid Damaged, Water Damaged
Description: My samsung z1 fell into water, I immediately pulled the battery out.After some time when my phone dried up, I fixed its battery again and switched it on. The touch did’t work at all and I can also see coloured lines all over the screen. I can recieve sms and calls but i can’t pick up any call as the touch doe’nt work at all. I even tried to disamble my phone to clean the touch and screen inside but I coul’nt do so as my phone has no screws and I don’t know how to
disamble it. Now I humbly request you to kindly address my issue as I find myself in trouble…Thanks
