Last night my phone froze on the start up screen. For hours I tried and failed to get it to start (powering off and on) I ended up doing a hard reset (to default settings) Now it is powering on but not performing properly. It keeps crashing. There is no update in the system update area, just some message about storage card updates. Google everything is not working so I can’t download anything. They want me to send my phone in for repairs, but as I explained I have health issues, no home phone to call an ambulance if needed and can’t be without my phone. I can take it in somewhere and wait as long as it’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg (pensioner)
