Description: I purchased a Lumia 950 Phone and added her to my account. She lost her password. We tried to have it reset at AT&T Office but they could not get passed the Recovery Key. I had planned to have all of my employees to use Lumia 950 XL (50 plus) but not if we can not get them repaired or no one will help. In short it’s BS. If you want business you have to help customers, and now you do not.
