Problem: Network Unlock Blocked
Description: My cellphone I bought from your company is ZTE Z831,do to the fact that my technicians try to unlock network pin code,with the wrong pin code ten times with out succeeding,the network unlock counter is blocked,because it’s on zero time now to unlock this cellphone,so I need help from your technicians on how can unlock the network counter.
