Description: I purchased the yu mobile in the amazon sale in the month of may 1 month the mobile was absolutely in a good condition then gradually it started shutting down suddenly and gets ON by itself and even if I keep for charging it pretends as though its getting charged but if I keep the mobile whole night for charging it will be the same the charging percent doesn’t increase. Last week I updated the mobile, nearly 3-4 days it was good only but from yesterday the mobile is completely dead its not even showing the red LED. please help me with some solution…
