Problem: Phone Was Working
Description: This cell phone was working fairly satisfactorily till today morning but later in the day it does not boot and I cannot make calls. I tried charging the phone but when connected to power outlet the usual Panansonic word did not come and I do not know the present battery level of the phone. I am not able to make out whether it is a serious one or not or whether I can activate it on your instructions.
