Problem: Phone Not Working
Description: Hey all. My Oppo R7 was destroyed around a month ago at a party, where it was knocked out of my hands by another guest. The phones screen is completely destroyed, and the whole phone is completely unresponsive. I suspect damage. The phone will not turn on, but does still vibrate when connected to a charger. It is completely unresponsive to USB cables, USB cables do not even register the phone’s presence. I’ve been trying to recover photos from the phone, they’re all very important to me, eg people who’ve died since the phone has broken, photo’s with friends, photos from old holidays. I really need to save these photos. Please help.
