Problem: Battery Problem, Battery Issue
Description: I bought the phone about 9 months before and I experience battery drain and the battery decreasing while charging and not increasing at all.. about a week before..the battry is still in 0% nd not charging at all..even though i plug it for hours n hours… and I also the phone is not staring..the android is updating and on and on…but its not loading to the homescreen…. I done with all the remedies but I end up with no results..plz help me…
