Problem: Screen Issue
Description: My phone turns on and I get the main screen where you have to slide it to get in to it but it wont slide and there is a yellow line outlining my phone on the screen. I have turned it off and then back on still wont work, I took the battery out put it back in turned it back on and does the same thing. I cant get in to it to reset it. I also held the power key and the volume down key to restart it that way but when it powered back on it was still doing the same thing… wondering how I can get my phone to stop doing that and work like it is supposed to. thank you for your time.
