Problem: Phone Not Working
Description: My recently purchased new Doodle 2 A240 phone does not turn on. Just on the third day of having that new phone, it died and doesn’t turn On now. I have charged it for over a day and tried the troubleshooting method of Power+Lower_volume_key pressed together but that hasn’t helped. I have pressed the two buttons for 10 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes and even 10 minutes a few times but it hasn’t work. Also the reset option of Power + Lower_volume_key + Upper_volume_key has not helped. When I connect the charger (to mains or to PC), I do not even see any LED indicator for charging. Is there anything you can suggest to fix this please.
